What we collect

Account details (email, username, display name), content you upload, and activity needed to run the service (watch history, likes, comments, subscriptions). If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email, and profile picture — never your password.

How we use it

To operate PlaySonix: playing videos, recommendations, moderation, notifications, and keeping the platform safe. Uploaded videos are automatically analysed by AI (visual scan, speech-to-text, text detection) solely for content moderation.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not show third-party ads in this version of the service.

Your controls

You can edit or delete your videos, clear your watch history, and delete your account. For data requests contact us at the grievance email published on this site.

Security

Passwords are stored with strong one-way hashing (Argon2). Access tokens are short-lived. All traffic on the public site is encrypted with HTTPS.
