Welcome to PlaySonix (playsonix.com). By creating an account or using this platform you agree to these terms.

1. Your content

You keep ownership of videos you upload. By publishing on PlaySonix you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, transcode, distribute, and display your content on the platform. You must own or have permission for everything you upload.

2. Prohibited content

Every upload is screened by our AI moderation system before it can be published. Content that is illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, dangerous to children, spam, scam, or that infringes copyright is not allowed and will be rejected or removed. Repeated violations lead to account termination.

3. Copyright & takedowns

If you believe content on PlaySonix infringes your copyright, report it using the in-app Report → Copyright option or email our grievance contact. Valid complaints are reviewed and infringing content is removed promptly in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.

4. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your content at any time from the Studio.

5. Service

PlaySonix is provided “as is” without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
