Payments & tips
If a payment was charged but not credited, or you have a question about a tip or payout, email support@playsonix.com with your order ID. Refunds for failed or duplicate transactions are processed back to the original payment method.
Uploads & moderation
Every video is screened by our AI moderation system before it goes live. If your upload was rejected and you believe it was a mistake, reply from the Studio or email us and we'll review it manually.
Copyright
To report content that infringes your copyright, use the in-app Report → Copyright option, or email support@playsonix.com. Valid complaints are actioned promptly under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.
